Terms and Conditions for Halloween Hotness Benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

These Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors registering to our event and make donations that benefit St. Jude. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Event Information
The Halloween Hotness event is a charity event organized by Brian Sikoff, with all proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ("St. Jude"). The Event will take place on Saturday October 25th, 2025 at 6933 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028. All event details, including schedule and activities, are subject to change at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting the event schedule, code of conduct, and event policies.
3. Donations
Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are entirely voluntary. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. A receipt will be provided for each donation. Donations made to the event are processed securely. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Please note that donations made to this event are non-refundable.
4. Registration Fees
In some cases, a registration fee may apply to participate in the Event. This fee is subject to change and will be disclosed at the time of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy
As this is a charity event benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, all registration fees, sponsorships, and donations are non-refundable. Once a registration is processed or a donation is made, it is considered final. Your contributions help support the mission of St. Jude and directly impact the lives of children in need. We appreciate your generosity and understanding that, as a charitable donation, refunds cannot be issued.
6. Privacy Policy
By participating in Halloween Hotness benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information, including your name, contact details, payment information, and event participation data, solely for the purposes of processing your registration, donations, and communication related to the Event. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, but may share it with trusted service providers necessary for Event operations and processing donations. We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time, and you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. 7. Event Cancellations
In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, emergencies, or public health concerns, participants will be notified promptly.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in the Event, you waive any and all claims, liabilities, and causes of action against Halloween Hotness, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, event sponsors, volunteers, and other participants, for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the Event.
9. Media Release
By participating in the Event, you grant permission for media outlets (print and video) and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to use your name, likeness, and photographs or videos taken during the Event for promotional or educational purposes in connection with the Event and future campaigns. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage in the Event in a respectful and professional manner. This is NOT an autograph show, do not bring items to be signed. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any actions that violate the rights or safety of others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, Los Angeles County, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
12. Modification
Halloween Hotness reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the Event’s website or communicated to participants through other channels.
